I cannot stress this enough, please inquire to get the proper information on your desired services! I am 100% transparent in my pricing and collections so if you inquire I will send you a detailed Welcome Guide which showcases everything I offer with no hidden details or fees. I offer a range of services and packages, film photography, video, vetted second shooters, vendor connections, professional prints, custom albums, and wall canvas in a variety of sizes if you're interested in adding those to any package.
Please look over the FAQ's that proceed the collections info (specifically the cancellation and refund policies) prior to booking as I do require a non-refundable 50% retainer to reserve your desired date and time. Thank you!
Update as of August 2022: I now offer Afterpay and in-house payment plans if needed. This will be discussed during the consultation phase, but please ask any questions you may have regarding either option.

FAQ
What Does The Experience Look Like?
First, you'll send me an inquiry through the Contact page and I will respond within 24-hours via email. Tell me a little bit about your session and your desired date (if specific).
If you are inquiring about a wedding or elopement we will schedule a call. I will send a questionnaire regarding your session; this helps me learn a little bit more about you, your partner or family (if applicable), and your dream session! Once that's filled out and returned, we talk details; location, date, time, wardrobe, etc and answer all the questions you may have.
You will also be receiving your contract at this time, so please be on the lookout and give it a signature. The non-refundable retainer amount will be invoiced to you safely via Square and must be paid to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance will be invoiced to you 14-days (30 if an elopement/wedding) prior to your session and must be paid upon receiving. If payment is not received you forfeit your date and time. Please reach out if anything happens and you cannot pay or commit to your session date/time. We can work almost anything out, but please view my Booking, Cancellation, and Refund policies below.
On the day of the session, we will meet at your session location and get the party started! I come over prepared, but feel free to bring elements you'd like to incorporate into your session.
After the session wraps, I'm off to export and edit! Please see "Turn-Around-Time" for more information on deadlines. I deliver a couple of sneak peeks within 24-hours of our session. Your gallery will be published with a watermark until you add the number of purchased photos to your favorites list. From there, they can be downloaded without a watermark at high resolution. Additional photos can be purchased at this time.
What is Your Turn-Around-Time?
Please allow 10-14 days to receive your gallery. If you are an engagement or elopement client, please allow 4-6 weeks for your final edits. If you are a wedding client please expect 6-8 weeks (or 8-10 during busy season). Any changes in these times will be discussed via email. I do not deliver RAW files or unedited JPEGs, no exceptions. Thank you for understanding.
What is Your Reschedule Policy?
You must reschedule your session within 7-days of your session. A reschedule fee of $50 will be invoiced to you. The rescheduled session must take place within 3-weeks of the original session date and based on my availability. If you are late to your session, the remaining time will be allotted to you with no refund. If you ask me to stay longer, you will be invoiced for that time before we continue with the session. If you do not show up to your session, there are no refunds and any remaining balance for your session will be invoiced to you.
What is Your Refund Policy?
There are absolutely no refunds for goods and/or services. This is non-negotiable. Once your photos have been received, our contract has been fulfilled. If you have additional needs after you have received your gallery, additional fees will apply. Please view your contract for more information on additional fees.
What Additional Fees Can I Expect?
-Film Photography is now available to Elopement + Wedding couples!! For only $70 you get one roll of 35mm film (guaranteed 30 images) which is then professionally developed and printed, plus professionally scanned digital images of your film. Depending on your event, I recommend adding 1-3 rolls to your Collection.
-Adding more digital images to your purchased package is easy. Purchase the entire gallery at $10 an image or 10 photos for $80. If you'd like to purchase the entire gallery, that would be a heavily discounted rate of $2 per image.
-Prints, albums, and canvas wall art are all available and their prices vary. Please discuss this with me after receiving your gallery and I can send you the price list to print through my preferred professional printer.
-Any edits or retouching desired by the client after the gallery is delivered will require an additional fee of $15 per image or $60 per hour. Edit requests must be made within 30-days of receiving your final gallery. I do not alter body shapes.
-If you would like to add time to your session, it must be added in hourly increments. My hourly rate is $350.
-Travel fees: I will only travel for Elopements and Weddings. If outside of the Hampton Roads, I require $0.58 per mile and cost of fuel if driving or the cost of a plane ticket if flying, and overnight lodging (of my choosing - I'm a bargain-but-stay-safe kind of gal) if further than 2-hours from my location.
What is Your Booking Policy?
Half of your session fee is required at the time of booking. This payment is used towards your session total. The remaining amount must be paid at least 14-days (30-days if an elopement/wedding) prior to your session.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
A 50% non-refundable retainer must be paid to book your session. If you choose to cancel, this remains non-refundable. If you choose to cancel and have paid other money towards your session balance, that can be refunded to you if you're cancelling within 30-days (90-days for elopement/wedding) of your date/time. If it is less than 30 (90) days, your contract states that you will forfeit all payments made towards your session. Please reach out as soon as you can if you need to reschedule.
